The trade-off between work and family is a field work, experimentation and popularization’s project implemented in the context of 28 Carnia’s Municipalities. It has been realized with the collaboration of the Carnia’s Mountain Community and the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia – Equal opportunities service.

The project wants to overcome problems coming out from the statistical result’s study. It has been implemented with the Faedis Municipality patronage and the contribution of the Equal Opportunities Service – Region Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Target

Women belonging to the age bracket 25 – 50 living in the Faedis Municipality.

Aim

  • To make easier the self learning processes increasing the awareness of the capabilities, transmission of the valuation tools through self-empowerment processes;
  • To collect all the concrete experiences of every women and to recognise the value to one or more women through a  prize;
  • To create the L@bor@torio donn@ for the self-entrepreneurship;
  • To create a women society (society of persons, of capitals and/or social enterprise through a co-operation society), that works for regional Companies, doing these activities:

a) a remote secretary center, which allows to sutisfy more Companies and to enable a subdivision of expences;
b) facilitation of teleworking forms, at the corporate headquartes, with a “baby corner” for mothers with preschool children – Work that create work

This annual project wants to make wider the work access and the carrier possibility, to increase training and qualification’s opportunities for women leaving among the Cervignano del Friuli Municipality.
