Every person (almost everyone) finds satisfaction when doing a job that fulfils her/his own bents and her/his own knowledge, not only technical knowledge. Everyone or almost everyone has skills and attitudes which should be exploited, so that, it would be possible to increase the company’s productivity.
Instead of competences’ evaluation we should consider potential’s analysis, knowing that people have both technical and relational knowledge for work organization, which they are not always exploited.
Everyone has a potential, a reserve power that usually is not exploited: this project aims to the potential’s training so that it could be utilized in the working activity and it is addressed to every interested organization.
