D.A.R.E.: Donne Attive come Risorsa Economica (Women active as economic resource) is founded by the Equal Opportunities Service and youth policy of FVG Region. Aim of the project is to provide services to the women in working difficulties that have youngers, eldery people or disabled.
The target is represented by all unemployed women, with redundancy fund and freelances that had a 30% income decrease for the year 2009.
The aim of the project:
- To combine the opportunities of social services, educational services, home assistence services and to stimulate the birth and the diversification of the offer so that to promote the best demand satisfaction;
- To propel to personalise the offer according to the needs of women and families;
- To create new paths of employment possibilities for women which would like to get in working world for the fist time or to get in again. Moreover, at the same time, to create new work opportunities for women so that it can help the care services development responding to the real needs of the working women.
During the meetings a babysitter service with animation will be available for free.
